China Cracking Down on Avengers: Endgame Price Gouging | CBR

Ahead of Avengers: Endgame’s premiere this week, theaters in China have been ordered to cap service fees.

According to Beijing Youth Daily via South China Morning Post, some Chinese theaters have been selling tickets at up to three times the usual rate, putting them at around 300 yuan or about $45 each.
