Qualcomm fined for predatory pricing | The Times

Qualcomm, the world’s largest chipmaker, has been fined €242 million for blocking a rival from the market about a decade ago, its second antitrust penalty from the European Union.

The European Commission accused Qualcomm of predatory pricing between 2009 and 2011 aimed at forcing out Icera, the British phone software maker, which is now part of Nvidia.
